What to wear:  Please no street shoes in the studio, carry your dancin' shoes in to protect the fabulous new wood floors ! Sneakers, bare feet, dance socks, jazz shoes, or dance sneakers (a pivot point on sneakers makes turning a lil easier on your knees and hips)...but ANY comfortable sneakers work! Clothes you can move & sweat in, it's a good idea to have a layers for warm-up that you can take off as you heat up.
