Class is ongoing - drop in and start anytime!
Total Body Dance (est 2012) an energizing cardio-dance workout for all levels.
You'll learn and sweat to dances set to great music, complemented by stretching, sculpting and toning exercises. 


No prior dance experience necessary - all levels welcome. 
Sweat away stress, learn/reinforce basic dance technique and improve your posture, flexibility, cardio, muscle strength and elongation...all in a warm and welcoming environment.

What to wear:  Sneakers, jazz shoes, or dance sneakers (a pivot point on sneakers makes turning easier)...ANY comfortable sneakers work just fine. Please carry your CLEAN dancin' shoes in to protect the fabulous new wood floors, no street shoes please ! Clothes you can move & sweat in, it's a good idea to have a layers for warm-up that you can take off as you heat up.

Sarah Swain is trained in classical ballet, jazz, and modern and has taught dance for over 25 years. She has danced with Marblehead School of Ballet, Eveoke Dance Theater in San Diego, Jeannette Neill Dance in Boston, and Danenergy in Marblehead, MA. Sarah created Total Body Dance in 2013 as a way to offer a challenging dance workout that is accessible to people of different levels of expertise and ability.

Sarah is also a local musician and operates Frying Pan Gallery (Wellfleet/Orleans) with her husband Steve.

They live year-round in East Harwich with their 3 children and menagerie of animals.
