What to wear: Comfortable sneakers, preferably with a pivot point, or dance sneakers

(a pivot point makes turning a lil easier on your knees and hips)...but ANY comfortable sneakers work to start!

Clothes you can move & sweat in, it's a good idea to have a layers for warm-up that you can take off as you heat up.

And a supportive bra. Please no street shoes in the studio, carry your dancin' shoes in to protect the fabulous wood floors !
